Michael Podolski is a creative storyteller, director, writer, editor, and videographer. After 10 years of working in the Los Angeles film and television industry and nine years of teaching production, screenwriting and animation at Penn State, Michael co-founded Blackbird Media Group in 2001. Offering full-scale production services, Blackbird has allowed Michael to combine his broad talents, work experiences and educational background with a number of skilled production professionals to fill out crews that best serve each project.
Blackbird has achieved a national presence, producing projects from coast to coast. And it’s Michael’s love of the production process (from strategizing to delivery), along with the creative collaboration with his crews and his clients that fuels it all. As a result, Blackbird has consistently produced award-winning video productions over the years, with an emphasis on satisfying the needs and honoring the trust that clients put into Blackbird.
